Description

Urethral stricture is a common urology problem. It can affect both males and females. However it is more common in males. It happens due to narrowing of urine pipe. Most common causes are unknown reasons, infections and previous operation of urine tract. Most common symptoms are poor stream of urine, sense of incomplete emptying and increased frequency of urination. It can be easily diagnosed by history, examination and few basic lab radiology tests. We at NeU clinic routinely treat these patients with advanced endoscopic or surgical treatment. Medicine treatment is not that useful in most of the cases.
